Monday officially kicked off day one of my first 21 Day Fix postpartum round. Just in the week since I took my first official measurements, I've already lost 5.2 lbs and 7 inches. Those pounds and inches came off with daily walks, sometimes twice a day, and moderately healthy eating. Now that I'm diving back into the 21 Day Fix, both in regards to exercise as well as nutrition, and drinking my daily superfood shakes, I'm hoping to continue seeing significant results.
From this point forward, my goals include:
- Eat clean daily
- Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water daily
- Lose 25 lbs
- Lose the extra inches and gain much needed muscle
- Regain the fitness level I had pre-pregnancy
- Gain a new level of confidence in my health and fitness
- Be the healthy role model for my kids they deserve!
Those may seem like lofty goals, but I don't expect them to happen overnight! I'm no stranger to hard work, so I'm ready to bring it! If you want to join me on this journey,
