Week One - 21 Day Fix Progress

The October Health and Fitness Accountability Group is in full swing!  We are currently one week in and results for group members are starting to appear, both on the scale and off.  My own results for ONE WEEK are pretty incredible:  a total of 5.6 lbs lost and 5 1/2 inches.  Again, that's just in ONE WEEK!


Perhaps even more importantly: I'm NOT exhausted!  Even with taking on the challenge of adjusting to life with a newborn and a four year old, I continue to feel great, energized, and healthy.  This is quite possibly the biggest difference the second time around and something I'm so grateful for.

I feel great from the inside out!  

For all of those women who have struggled to get your body back after having a baby, this may be the answer for you, too!   Following the 21 Day Fix is simple....stick to it and you're bound to see results.  With the accountability group as your ace in the hole, results and success are bound to follow!
